Terms & Conditions

The online booking service fee includes the first hour of labour only and does not cover any parts or materials. Multiple machines can be serviced in one call-out; however, additional labour and any required parts will be invoiced separately. Additional labour is charged at $55 + GST per 30 minutes and is payable upon completion of the job. Low-value parts may be replaced on the spot during your service. High-value or specialised parts will need to be ordered and require upfront payment before further work can proceed. Your booking will be scheduled in the next available time slot, and you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after purchase.
